This position is for Customer Service Office based in Ogba, Lagos.
Office Location: Ogba, Lagos
We are currently building a structured and efficient operations team to support our growing eCommerce business. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative who can manage order processing, communication, and daily operational flow effectively.
This role is NOT a casual or part-time position. We are looking for serious, active, and responsible individuals who can handle daily operations with commitment and accountability. It requires focus, speed, accuracy, and strong communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Receive new customer orders from vendors.
- Call customers to confirm their orders.
- Verify addresses, landmarks, and phone numbers.
- Confirm customer availability before dispatch.
- Update order status in the system.
- Send confirmed orders to the Storekeeper for picking and packing.
- Assign packed orders to Delivery Personnel. Monitor deliveries
- Monitor deliveries throughout the day.
- Follow up on undelivered or rescheduled orders.
- Confirm Payment-on-Delivery (POD) payments.
- Update vendors on successful deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and submit daily reports

- Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks daily
- National Identification Number (NIN)
- Ability to use WhatsApp professionally
- Basic computer knowledge
Qualifications:

Required:
- Love to “wow” customers by optimizing what’s in place and designing processes / systems that are repeatable at scale.
- Experience communicating with upwards of 50+ customers per day
- Focus on root issues, and fix them, instead of embracing band-aid solutions.
- Integrity, self-awareness and adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Have experience using Google Drive, Email, Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel & PowerPoint), Zoom/Skype & Facebook (in general)
- One-to-many mentality, not just one-to-one (Be-friend automation )
Preferred:
- At least 1-3 years of Customer Service at a company that has an online or offline presence.
- Experience in an online business environment while dealing with prospects, leads and clients.
- Typing 50 - 80+ words per minute
